Welcome to Pinnacle Port Condo Rental! We are delighted that you are considering staying with us for your vacation. Please take a moment to review our Terms and Conditions below. By booking a stay at our property, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

1. Reservations and Payment: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Pinnacle Port Condo Rental.
Payment Policy: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

2. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. For cancellations more than 60 days before your arrival, we will refund your deposit in full. For cancellations made 30 to 60 days before your arrival, 50% of your deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, the total rental amount will be forfeited.

3. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival. Early check-in may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.
Check-Out: Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of your departure. Late check-out may be available upon request but is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Occupancy: 
The maximum number of guests is strictly limited to the number stated in your booking confirmation. Any additional guests must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.

5. Conduct:
Guests are expected to respect the property and neighbors, keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times.
Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed inside the condo.

6. Damage Policy:
Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition as they found it upon arrival.
Any damages or breakages must be reported to the property manager immediately.
Guests may be charged for the repair or replacement cost of any damage caused during their stay.

7. Amenities and Services:
While we strive to ensure all amenities and services are available as advertised, occasionally repairs, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control may limit the availability of certain features. No refunds will be given for such unavailability.

8. Liability:
Pinnacle Port Condo Rental is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

9. Changes to Terms:
Pinnacle Port Condo Rental reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of significant changes.

10. Agreement:
By making a reservation and payment, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any other rules or policies provided to you by Pinnacle Port Condo Rental.
